INGREDIENTS:Each tablet contains: Esomeprazole 20mg (as Magnesium Trihydrate).
Do not use:- for children under 18 years of age.- if allergic to esomeprazole.- if allergic to any other proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole).- if you are taking antiretroviral medicines, such as atazanavir.- if you are taking cilostazol a medicine used to treat pain and/or cramping in the lower leg (or arms) due to inadequate blood flow to the muscles.- if you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed.- -f you are experiencing weight loss, persistent regurgitation of food or vomiting, difficulty swallowing or symptoms of gastro-intestinal bleeding, except on medical advice- if you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist- if the expiry date printed on the pack has passed. How to use:
Read the package leaflet before use
Take one tablet once a day. Do not exceed this dose
The tablets should be swallowed whole. Do not chew or crush the tablets
May take 2-3 days for full effect
If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after taking this medicine for 14 days in a row, contact your doctor.

Hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., allergic reactions), lupus erythematosus, myasthenia gravis, neuromuscular disease, myasthenia gravis due to glycosaminyrimatically active males, migraine, cerebrovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Oral magnesium parainfluoracil has the following interactions when taken by mouth:
May impair ability to perform tasks that are essential to do and/or comply with instructions
Breast feeding may be impaired by oral parainfluoroquinolone antibiotics such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, and erythromycin
Drug interactionsGastro-resistant tablets may not be able to maintain sustained drug levels in your body (e.g., in your stomach, esophagus, intestines, etc.), may not be able to release from a tablet (e.g., during breastfeeding, during the first few months of your child's pregnancy, or during delivery), and may not be able to release from a tablet during withdrawal from medicines such as warfarin (Corgard). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Some medicines may cause allergic reactions when they are taken by mouth. They may cause anaphylactic reactions, e.g., anaphylactic shock. Gastro-Resistant tablets may cause an allergic reaction, e.g., anaphylaxis, shock, rash, hypotension, vasodilation, hypotension due to excessive blood flow to the extremities (orthostatic), swelling, or pain in the lower leg (joint, muscle, or blood), swelling, or pain after exercise (impact), and swelling due to weight-bearing changes (tlandine syndrome). Stop taking Nexium Control and contact your doctor immediately if you develop a severe allergic reaction.
Pregnancy and fertilityThere is no specific way of determining if a medicine works better or bad for you during pregnancy. However, you may still be more likely to become pregnant if it works for you. If you are planning to become pregnant, talk to your doctor about whether you should take Nexium Control during pregnancy.
